Welcome Freshmen

The Freshmen would soon receive their shops and we decided, as Juniors, to welcome our Freshmen with some shop gifts. We assigned jobs for everyone in the shop and all pitched in to create cards, a sketchbook, and a Survival Guide. We also created a video for the Freshmen to watch on their first day in shop. My job was to take pictures of all of the items that we created and to take pictures of everyone in shop to add to the Survival Guide. I also helped with designing the You are Here concept.

Survival Guide

The Survival Guide contained advice for the Freshmen, keyboard shortcuts, pictures and descriptions of the Juniors, and some other fun facts. It was designed by Arielle Wilson and the pictures of the Juniors were taken by me.

Cards & Envelopes

The cards and envelopes were designed by Grace Lemire and Nicole Cella. They contained letters from each Junior to a Freshmen.

Sketchbooks

The sketchbooks were designed by all of us. The logo was done by Erik Martus. The front of the sketchbook contained little sketch designs from each person in the shop. Inside are blank pages for the Freshmen to sketch and draw.

The video was created by Althea Smith and some great Junior actors/actresses in our shop. It also sums up some of the Survival Guide.
